Overview #
PenguinDMs pricing is simple: you only pay for how many DMs you want to send per month. Each plan includes a fixed number of direct messages, and you can choose the one that fits your outreach volume.
For now, PenguinDMs is in private beta, which means everything, including payments, upgrades, and renewals, is handled manually. Once we move to public launch, all billing will be automated through Stripe (within a few months).
If you’re joining during the beta phase, you’ll get early access to the tool at introductory prices.
While we can’t guarantee it, beta users “may” keep their same rates even after the public launch.
How Plans Work #
Each pricing tier includes a monthly DM limit, for example, 3,000, 5,000, or 10,000 DMs per month.
Once your campaign reaches that limit, message sending will automatically pause until you renew or upgrade your plan.
A few quick notes about how plans function:
- No rollovers: Unused DMs don’t carry over to the next month. Later, after the public launch, we’re planning to introduce Bonus Credits, separate extra DMs that never expire. (More details on that soon.)
- Manual renewals: During private beta, you’ll need to message our support team to renew or upgrade your plan, or you might get contacted by us.
- Flexible limits: You can increase/decrease your monthly DM limit anytime by upgrading or downgrading your tier.
- Early beta advantage: Users who join during private beta might keep their current pricing after we go public (not guaranteed, but likely).
In short, your plan controls how many DMs you can send per month, and everything resets when you renew or upgrade.
Making Payments During Private Beta #
Since PenguinDMs is currently in private beta, all payments are handled manually. That means you won’t find any automated checkout or Stripe page yet.
When you’re ready to start or renew your plan, you’ll simply reach out to our support team, and they’ll share the payment details with you directly.
We support many payment methods like Payooner, Wise, Bank Transfer, Crypto, etc. If none of these work for you, just let us know, we’ll try to arrange an alternative method that suits you best.
Once your payment is confirmed, your account is manually activated or renewed within a few hours.
After the public launch, this process will become fully automated with Stripe.
Upgrading, Changing, or Renewing Your Tier #
During private beta, any change to your plan, whether it’s an upgrade, downgrade, or renewal, is handled manually as well.
Here’s how it works:
- Contact our support team and mention the plan you want to move to.
- You’ll receive payment details and confirmation of your new tier.
- Once payment is verified, your account is updated instantly, and your DM limit resets based on the new plan.
You can upgrade at any time during your billing period (and just pay the extra remaining). Downgrades will take effect from your next renewal cycle.
After we move out of private beta, you’ll be able to manage all upgrades, renewals, and payments directly from your PenguinDMs dashboard.
Refunds & Billing Questions #
If you ever face a billing issue or need a refund, just reach out to our support team directly.
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis to make sure everything stays fair for both sides.
Since we’re still in private beta, payments and refunds are processed manually, so please allow a short delay while we handle them.
If you have any questions about your plan, renewal date, or DM limits, our team will always be available to help.
PenguinDMs pricing is built to stay simple and transparent; you pay only for how many DMs you want to send. Everything runs manually during private beta, but once the public launch happens, all payments and upgrades will move to an automated system.
For now, if you ever need to start, renew, or upgrade your plan, just contact support, make the payment, and your account will be updated within hours.
